HOW CAN YOU PLACE AN ORDER?
We ship all over India, as well as 180+ countries.
For delivery of products in India order from DailyObjects.com (Domestic), for delivery outside of India order from DailyObjects.us (International) This policy is for Indian geo location only, for international policy please check respective website.
ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES APPLICABLE ON MY ORDER?
Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above ₹ 749/-. A flat ₹ 49 charge is applied to all Cash On Delivery orders and Prepaid orders below ₹ 749/-.
HOW DOES THE DELIVERY PROCESS WORK?
Once our system processes your order, each product is thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Please tap on the “My Orders” section under the main menu of App/Website to check your order status. Or ask us at Help Desk.
FOR ORDERS WITH MORE THAN ONE PRODUCT, THE ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED AS ONE PACKAGE.
We consolidate all products in your order and ship them together once the entire order is fulfilled. This ensures that you receive everything at the same time, helping us reduce shipping costs and minimise environmental impact. Rest assured, you’ll only pay the shipping/CoD charge (if applicable) for the consolidated shipment.
WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
Estimated dispatch time of each product is written under the Shipping and Returns tab on the respective product page. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is handling your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
