RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
DailyObjects offers a 30 day hassle free return policy for most products. If your purchase has not met your expectations, you can make a return of your complete or partial order.
Please note that returns in misused condition, without intact tags or those received after 30 days from the received date of the package will not be accepted.
WHAT PRODUCTS/CATEGORIES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?
Below products/categories are not eligible for return. However in case of defects, you can request replacement within 7 days of delivery.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN?
Step 1 - Log in to your account on App or website.
Step 2 - Go to completed orders and select the concerned order.
Step 3 - Next, select the products you wish to return and click on return.
Step 4 - You will get a confirmation email on your registered email ID, and we’ll arrange for a pickup.
Step 5 - Once the returned products are received and verified at the warehouse, you can expect the refund in the original source account within 2-7 business days. Alternatively, you can opt for accepting the refund amount as refund vouchers, to be availed during the next purchase.
If you’re facing any issues with your return, raise a ticket here and we will get in touch with you within 24-48 hours.
Please note that utilising coupons during your purchase will not impact the refund amount. You will receive a refund equivalent to the amount paid, regardless of any coupons used.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN
Before requesting a return, please ensure that the product is eligible for return.
All returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
Please note that your refund/replacement will be initiated only after a thorough quality check of the returned products. If the products are not in appropriate condition, the company reserves the right to withhold the refunds/replacement.
If a customer returns an incorrect product during the order pick-up, we shall not be held liable for any refund, replacement or re-shipment of the product.
IN STORE PURCHASE - All purchases made at the DailyObjects Store can be returned in the same manner as the online orders.
WHAT IS THE REPLACEMENT POLICY?
Our shipments go through rigorous quality checks before leaving the warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement.
HOW TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT?
Step 1 - Visit the 'Support' section on your account, fill out the query form, and submit.
Step 2 - A prompt with your ticket number will appear and you'll receive a confirmation email.
Step 3 - You might be requested to share images and videos of the product along with order details.
Step 4 - We'll pick up the products within 4-5 business days upon receiving all necessary information.
Step 5 - If the returned products are in appropriate condition, replacement will be initiated.
Replacements are subject to the availability of stock. In an unexpected case that a replacement is unavailable, you can opt for a refund in the original source account or refund vouchers, you also have the option to select another product from the same category.

For all other product categories, a 30 days return/replacement policy is applicable where replacement is available only in the unlikely case of a defective, damaged product being received.
